I earned a master’s degree from Pepperdine University, an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, and a College Counseling Certification from UCLA. Before I became a college counselor, I was a high school teacher and owned a tutoring company in West Los Angeles.  Because I’m dedicated to lifelong learning and maintaining the highest standards in education, training, ethics, and experience, I am an active member of the Independent Consultants Association (IECA).

Each year I research colleges and universities to share information and connect with thought leaders within the college admissions industry. I apply a wealth of real-world experience that I’ve gained over the years working with diverse groups of wonderful students and their families, helping to make college dreams come true. My many years working as a professional in academia makes me uniquely qualified to understand the needs of high school students and the strategies necessary to help them successfully plan for college.

Miller College Counseling is committed to helping students find and apply to the colleges and universities that provide the best fit academically and personally.

I believe that the college application process should be a journey of self-discovery, one in which students grow to understand the factors that matter the most to them as they plan their future educational path.

I see my role as a guide and mentor, helping students stay on track throughout the process. My goal is to minimize the stress on families while maximizing opportunities.
